PROCESS
At the first stage, we select the best wood that meets all quality standards. The prepared raw material undergoes initial processing and is shaped into basic blanks for further work.
At this stage, the wood is dried to the optimal moisture level (8%, 10%, 12%, or 18%), which ensures its strength and durability. Modern equipment allows for various types of processing — from planing to sanding — to achieve the desired smoothness and texture.
The final stage — manufacturing materials according to the customer's specifications (length, width, processing), packaging, and preparation for safe transportation.
